- Anti-Aircraft Tank. A variant modification of the Qilin armed with a pair of twin-linked Punisher Gattling Cannons.
- Designed primarily for taking down low-altitude Aircraft, for nothing can elude its never ending hail of explosive bullets for long.
- Its excellent rate of fire can also suppress and annihilate enemy Infantry. Except for the most toughest of foes, all will become nothing but dust when they face the might of the Black Tortoise(the namesake of this tank).
- Effective against enmassed Infantry and Aircraft. Ineffective against heavy Vehicles.
