- Hovering Fast Transport Vehicle. Can carry all Infantry units, except Flayed Ones, Deathmark and Praetorians.
- Carries two rows of auto-operating Gauss Flayer arrays, one for each Vehicle's flank, to repel nearby enemies.
- Embarked Necron Warriors, Immortals and Pariahs take over and operate these weapons for increased accuracy.
- It's terrifying appearance cases havoc and horror amongst its enemies, when landing nearby after a jump.
- Able for minor harvesting of up to 6 Necron destroyed bodies for the battlefield, for later troop reconstruction.
- Has a Quantum Shielding generator pre-installed for increased durability, thus it can sustain heavy punishment.
- The side weapon arrays make the Ghost Ark very effective against Infantry and Heavy Infantry.
